29 gennaio OK Kiddo, it's time to get back to it!!!Hi Amy! I know you are feeling better now so it's time to get back to the gym and keep this lifestyle change going. We're gonna do it and we're gonna do it together! I just looked over my goals and I'm doing great with all of them except the vegetables. I went to the gym 6 days last week and I haven't missed a day this week. I've been doing 20 min. of cardio on different machines and then do upper body weights one day and lower body the next day for 40 min. or more. I really feel good, but I HAVE GOT TO QUIT SMOKING!!! If this is going to be a lifestyle change, that's really the first one I have to make!!! Now that I've got my eating and exercising going good, I'm going to work on the cigarettes before I work on the vegetables. Help me!!! How are you doing against your goals? I'm still up for a challenge, are you? What do you want to do? Also, send me your weight from your weigh in last Friday. I need to get our results up on our page.
